    Any problems?

If you run into any issues with purchasing a Chromebook either through the monthly lease scheme or purchasing outright, please contact the specialists at edde directly. They will guide you through the payment process and ensure the device is correctly registered to our school network.

    When contacting them, please state:

    1. Your child’s full name and Year Group.

    2. The name of your child's school.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Why buy through the school scheme rather than a high-street retailer?

Retail models often lack the "ruggedised" build quality required for school use. Furthermore, devices bought elsewhere will not include the mandatory management license, meaning they cannot be used on the school’s secure network.

    What does the insurance cover?

The optional 3-year insurance covers accidental damage (such as cracked screens or liquid spills) and theft, and is limited to 2 claims per year.

When will the device be delivered?

Once payment is confirmed, your school's IT department will coordinate communication to indicate when your child's device is ready for your child to collect.
