National Recognition for Ashmead Combined School!
Ashmead Combined School were recently delighted to have received a letter of congratulations from the Secretary of State for Education, recognising their high standards and strong outcomes for disadvantaged pupils. This national recognition reflects the hard work, commitment, and dedication of staff and School Leaders, as well as the resilience and determination shown by Ashmead pupils every day.
We are particularly proud that this acknowledgement highlights the Schools’ continued focus on ensuring that all pupils, regardless of background or circumstance, are supported to achieve their full potential. It also reinforces our Trust wide belief that high expectations, inclusive practice, strong pastoral care and Making Belonging Matter make a real difference to children’s lives.
Ashmead would like to thank the ongoing support of their families for working in partnership with them and for the trust they place in the school, without which, this achievement would not have been possible.
