Salary:  Main Pay Scale/UPS

Location:  Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Contract type:  Part Time (initially .2 or .3 with the potential for increased hours)

Start date:  September 2022 

At Insignis Academy Trust we are recruiting for a new Music teacher (part time) for The Kingsbrook School, which is due to open in September 2022. This is a really exciting opportunity to take on a teaching role in a smaller school, giving you time to grow and develop your skills as the school grows with you.  

This role is scheduled to start on 1st of September 2022 

This role will suit a candidate who is passionate about the development of Music in a new state of the art school environment. We are seeking to recruit a teacher who is committed to developing co-curricular opportunities for students.  

Developing the culture of co-curricular activities within Music and supporting events for parents and the community to attend is a key element of the role. As this role will have capacity within the first year, we are interested in candidates who are happy to support our SEMH students. 

Candidates should have a genuine interest in collaboration with other Insignis Academy Trust schools. The successful candidate will also develop the deployment of interventions and additional support to enable students to make the most progress possible.

Please note that as The Kingsbrook School is a new school that will grow year on year and has an SEMH ARP provision, all teachers may teach discrete lessons in the ARP.
