Receptionist & Administration Assistant

37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

(term time + 2 weeks of which 5 days are inset days)

Bucks Pay Range 2

Actual annual salary £17,561 to £19,735

 (equivalent to £20,258 to £22,766 for full time)

The position 

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and inspirational Receptionist & Administration Assistant who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the school. As the Receptionist & Administration Assistant you will have excellent inter-personal skills, work calmly under pressure and have a professional appearance. It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multi task and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same. The Receptionist & Administration Assistant is part of the administration team and will be required to undertake various administrative tasks, requiring a good level of IT skills.

With around 1,000 students on roll and an over-subscribed Year 7 intake, we’re a popular school in the heart of Buckinghamshire.
